Calling all book lovers…I am looking for some advice!
Over the bank holiday weekend I had decided that one of my little projects would be to organise my bookcase so typically the weather was beautiful! When we moved into this house I took some books with me but left a lot at my parents as they have tonnes of room and I know they won’t get rid of them so they will be waiting for me if I ever get my dream of having my very own little library at home. I’ll just swoon over these lucky people’s for the time being…..
So these are the ones I have currently, some were purchase by me or given as gifts.
• The 5 people you meet in heaven – Mitch Albom
• Hans Chistian Anderson
• Pride and Prejudice – Jane Austen
• The Glass Rainbow – James Lee Burke
• A Little Princess – Frances Burnett
• Watch Me – Angela Clarke
• I Choose To Live – Sabine Dardenne
• Trouble in Mind – Jeffrey Deaver
• Filthy Rich – Wendy Holden
• About a Boy – Nick Hornby
• Can You Keep A Secret – Sophie Kinsella
• Lost Girls – Angela Marsons
• The Life I Left Behind – Colette McBeth
• Atonement – Ian McEwan
• Moab Is My Washpot – Stephen Fry
• Fairy Tales – Brothers Grimm
• The Girl You Left Behind – Jojo Moyes
• Alone With The Dead – James Nally
• Nineteen Eighty-four – George Orwell
• Wonder – R.J. Palacio
• You, Me and Him – Alice Peterson
• Sing You Home – Jodi Picoult
• House Rules – Jodi Picoult
• Small Steps – Louis Sachar
• The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat – Oliver Sacks
• Mirror, Mirror – Patricia Scanlan
• Kisscut – Karen Slaughter
• Island Of Secrets – Patricia Wilson
• The Shack – Paul Young
Have you read any of these or would like to see a review for a particular book pop up soon? Which ones must I pick up and read straight away?
Thanks for you help, as always (what do you think to my new graphics?)
I’m a fan of Karin Slaughter so I can recommend Kisscut ;-). I’d be most interested in finding out more about Watch Me by Agela Clarke.. it’s even possible, though I have to check, that it’s on my readlist already ;-). Whatever you choose, happy reading!!
